Beach Trip 2016

We took a mini-vacation to Atlantic Beach in September and it was really refreshing.  Isabel is 10, Ian is 5, Caroline 3, and Cooper is 8 months in these pics.

Cooper 6, 7, 8 Months!

Cooper just turned 8 months, is crawling everywhere and has 6 teeth.  He pulls up to standing on furniture more and more frequently.  He throws a baby tantrum when it's time to change his diaper or put on pajamas.  He is eating 3 baby food meals a day and has just started eating teething type crackers.  He's a big cutie and his brother and sisters drool over him just about as much as he drools over himself!

Cooper is 5 months old!

Cooper now has 2 teeth, rolls both ways, is tasting baby food but not really into swallowing it yet, smiles, does happy screams, pushes chest and sometimes tummy off ground, weighs about 16.5 pounds, loves the door jumper and laughs at Greta. Ian still wants to change every diaper, Caroline asks to hold him here and there, and Isabel always does an exceptional job of watching out for him.

Isabel turns 10!

Isabel, it is hard to believe you are a decade old! I started my very first blog 10 years ago to keep up with your birth! And here we are 10 years later.  You are bright, kind, thoughtful, faith-filled and inspiring!  Happy 10 years, we love you so much!

Ian turns 5!

Ian, you are the miracle baby we prayed for after 4 pregnancy losses in a row.  You are smart...you love to build and take things apart, you are loving, kind, sensitive but also tough.  You are double trouble with Caroline, but sometimes you look out for her, teach her the right choices, and give her a helping hand.  You love to play board and card games.  You are a real sweetheart and we are so thankful God sent you to be our first son! Happy Birthday little buddy!
